Payroll Specialist (Entry-Level)
?? Corona, CA | ?? $21-22/hr | ?? M-F, 7 AM-4 PM | Temp-to-Hire

Seeking a detail-oriented, fast-learning Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for 7 companies (approx. 900 employees, union & non-union). Responsibilities include auditing timecards, entering vacation/sick time, handling garnishments, and assisting with EDD and union payroll. Training on in-house software provided.

Requirements:

1+ year of payroll or related experience preferred
Recent graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and auditing skills
Quick learner
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Must pass a 7-year background check
